We stayed in the Sanctuary Suite and it was fabulous. The service was great and even if their English wasn’t too good, they made up for it with their effort. Nothing was too small or big for them to make happen. The food was mostly good (some of the dinner items weren’t my favorite), but you will meet their chef Kevin who is SO wonderful and an absolute gem of a human being. The pool was beautiful and a nice way to cool off in the hot Ho Chi Minh heat! They have a gym that is very small, but next door to the hotel is another hotel with a much better equipped gym (cardio and some weight machines as well as a separate free weights section). Overall, I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a wonderful stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
