Chef Ton (from Le Du, Thailand), Darren Teoh (from Dewakan, Malaysia), Jimmy Lim Tyan Yaw (from JL Studio, Taiwan), and Jordy Navarra (from Toyo Eatery, Philippines) will join forces and to each create two authentic dishes from their homeland. Don’t miss the chance to taste them all!

Darren Teoh from Dewakan creates modern Malaysian cuisine sourced from its seas, farms, mountains and jungles. Using indigenous Malaysian ingredients such as petai, kulim and perah, he’ll share some of the creative processes behind his food from the gods.
