This was our favourite hotel in Java. Not only are the staff helpful and friendly and the food is wonderful, it is a museum. The ‘exhibits’ are in every room, including the room we stayed in. The collection is amazing. It was a very special experience. It is in an old Dutch colonial villa which has been built on to in order to house the owners collection. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom quirky. I always appreciate the flowers and welcome drink. we can highly recommend this hotel and wish we had had the time to stay longer.
