“I truly felt like I was a guest of the staff of this hotel. I must have had 5 conversations with members of staff where I learnt a lot about Lao culture. The hotel itself is very nice, a couple of small pools and a decent restaurant. My room was huge and very nice, it’s important to remember that you’re at a boutique hotel, not the Four Seasons.

As others have written, the staff took care of my every need, they arranged a last minute excursion for me and somehow would manage to set up my room for sleeping the second that I left it for more than 10 minutes. The only negative is that it’s a but of a walk into town in the Lao heat, but other that that it’s a solid 4 star hotel.”
