“I acquired a two nights stay at the heritage suites through a silent auction in Shanghai. I was unable make it to Cambodia before the expiration date of the room nights. The general manager was cool enough to extend the time frame and after staying I am more grateful to the management than before! Beautiful rooms, affordable and world class food and beverage! But the true highlight our stay was the hotels staff! All were outstanding in both service and attitude. Rathner , the server by the pool was a standout but really all of them truly seemed to care about the guests here. The adventures office staff set us up with a private boat tour, personal driver, helicopter tour. Take their advice on everything!! They are right! The front desk are all pros and made sure all of our needs were met and checking was seamless. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but trust me, they are all very good at what they do.
The owners of this property have truly been blessed with a Fantastic staff and I will definitely be back to see them again. The temples are beautiful but the people at this property made this trip special for us. Well done!”
