“We received a gracious welcome with fresh juice & traditional snacks as we checked in. The staff were helpful, respectful & kind.
Rooms were lovely, and the hotel is filled with wonderful museum quality antiquity.
Every meal was delicious. Prices were great. Enjoyed high tea, multiple Spa treatments, both a cooking class and a “”beauty class””. The classes (one each day) included tours to local markets to gather the ingredients. So interesting and both guides were knowledgeable and informative. We weren’t rushed and allowed time to shop & see how Indonesians “”grocery shop””.
Staff seemed to anticipate our needs and were always one step ahead making sure our comfort was always a top priority.
