Our trip to Vietnam concluded with three nights at the Villa Song a delightful French Colonial Villa converted into a five star hotel situated next to the river. Everything about this hotel oozes class and the staff, food and accommodation were excellent. The hotel has its own motor launch which we took advantage of to visit the floating temple, a great experience and not to be missed, add to that the complementary shuttle service to the centre of Saigon, the free mini bar and breakfast availability at any time of the day and really I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay if visiting Saigon
