“I’ve been so lucky in my life to have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but this is by far my favourite and the most beautiful hotel in the world!

The hotel feels so authentic – it’s beautifully rustic but still luxurious. The staff are so so friendly, but still very polite and professional – I never once felt as though they were invading my personal space.

The food at this hotel is pretty much my benchmark for amazing food – loved every single dish I tried at Tugu. Also loved their relaxed attitude to dining – they would do private dining for us which we could have in the room, on the beach, on the lawn, in the private rooms... pretty much where ever we wanted, it was so lovely.

Tugu has so much charm – my husband and I felt totally at home hear and can’t wait to go back... someday!”
