“Hotel Tugu Lombok was the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed at so far. It has beautiful grounds – even if the rest of the hotel was terrible [though it certainly isn’t] you’d stay there just for the scenery. The rooms are really gorgeous with traditional Indonesian decorations and a beautiful bath. The food was lovely and the dining areas were gorgeous like the rest of the hotel. We were very impressed with the dinner one night as the staff set us up with a table on the beach. The staff were incredibly accommodating and were able to find us a room at short notice [we’d left another hotel and come here]. The hotel is expensive but you can really see why. I can’t recommend Hotel Tugu Lombok enough.
