The restaurant is located in the Sukhumvit district of Bangkok. Despite being on a main street, and having the address written in Thai, our taxi-driver still didn’t find it easily (not unusual in Bangkok) so best to get information about the location before you set out, preferably a map. The place is relatively small and fashionably designed, the food is gourmet Thai seafood (apparently from Eastern Thailand). There’s a nice cocktail list (and wines, although we didn’t try those). In other words, it’s at the other end of the scale to the average Thai eatery. Prices were reasonable considering all factors. Between two of us we had a crab curry, crispy stir-fried fish (a kind of Thai version of whitebait), a prawn and bean stir-fry, white rice and black rice. Our waitress was quite a character and spoke very good English. All very good. All in all, a pleasant experience.
