“This roof top restaurant is a lovely spot in district 3. You wouldn’t know it was there as the front of it looks like an office block. Look for the Masters Building in Tran Cao Van (just around the corner from the Novotel Hotel). Food was sensational together with great service from our waiter Anh Phuc.
It has a lovely ambience and decor with a great drinks / food variety menu catering for all tastes.We went there twice whilst in HCMC, highly recommend this restaurant. We didn’t book either time and was able to get in easily .
