“David and his team have created something very special in DK. Expectations are set very high when going to a “”fine dining”” restaurant, especially one with such a collection of positive reviews. I went with my partner for a special occasion and we both left DK thoroughly impressed.

The food is outstanding, supported by a fantastic wine and cocktail list. The only issue we faced the whole evening was choosing what to order. I finally went for the Wagyu beef strip loin which was melt in the mouth, accompanied by the most gorgeous paris mash and truffle sauce – food heaven.

What makes DK special is that David has managed to deliver the sophistication and refinement of fine dining, yet also makes it warm and engaging. The personalised service and attention to detail is everywhere, his service team is friendly and attentive, and David himself a real pleasure to chat to. For what you get, it is serious value for money and I shall definitely be returning when back in Chiang Mai.”
