“This hotel came strongly recommended by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. Though it’s not far from the relatively busy center of Pai (the resort provides a free shuttle service), the Reverie Siam feels like a different world. It’s perfectly peaceful, with nothing but mountains and green fields as far as the eye can see. There’s a lovely colonial aesthetic to the place and an attention to detail that I really enjoyed (books left open to specific passages in rooms, benches engraved with quotes).
The staff honestly couldn’t have been more thoughtful. From arranging a dinner reservation and dropping me at the restaurant to purchasing bus tickets and making sure I got a good seat for my return journey, they definitely went the extra mile to make my time more enjoyable. The breakfast, which comes with options like cappuccino French toast with caramelized mango, is also a big plus.
I’m looking forward to coming back here. It’s the perfect spot to curl up for a weekend and I’d happily recommend it to anyone.”
