To be honest, i couldn’t wait to write a review for this place. It was simply wonderful. Right by the river, all day breakfast, comfiest beds ever, amazing staff and an all round warm fuzzy vibe. Every night a member of staff would come and deliver complimentary slices of cake... such a lovely touch! There are free bus and boat rides into the city at various times each day, it only takes about 20 minutes. Theres a pool and gym along with a day spa to make your stay homey. In the end it all came down to the staff, they’re all so helpful and happy that is was impossible to have a bad time. 5 stars!
