After much anticipation and planning we finally made it to Seeds, the new stunning restaurant of much celebrated Swiss couple Felix and Lucia. After many years in Yangon and previously the proud owners of Le Planteur they opened Seeds. Beautiful location right on the lake with stunning views, extraordinary art pieces, specially hand made plates and all the bells and whistles to go with it. The service was exceptional and the food was out of this world. Myanmar is of course only now waking up to new opportunities and a bit more freedom and much still needs to be done and on the night we visited Felix quickly had to nip off to Bangkok to bring back a suitcase full of ingredients that was not available that day in Yangon. Seriously well done to this extraordinary couple for pulling this off and you will be a fool if you are in Yangon and not visit this place! It’s a must !
