“My husband and I enjoyed five fantastic nights at Arumdalu Private Resort. We were actually the only guests at the time, so our visit was indeed private! William greeted us at the airport, and took excellent care of us at the resort. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Mr. Agus and Ms. Siannie, along with their son, Albert, and daughter, Caroline, and they were extremely kind and welcoming. Our chefs, Tonny and Anton, prepared delicious Indonesian dishes that were served by Dana, Angie, Cha Cha, and other wonderful staff at the beautiful Sahang Beachfront Cafe and Resto. A wonderful young man, Sue Wep, taught us how to make our own batiks, which was a new and enlightening experience. Our driver, Mr. Insani, was very competent. Lovely Meela, at reception, was very welcoming. We enjoyed a day trip with William and Mr. Insani around the island, enjoying excellent coffee, delicious lunch, and spectacular scenery. Upon leaving the resort, we were presented with a fabulous gift of a beautiful batik and a collection of post cards of the resort. It was an excellent vacation on a remote Indonesian island, accessible by a one-hour flight from Jakarta.
