We met David upon entering the restaurant and welcomed us to his restaurant. He was genuinely engaged in conversation and we knew we would be in for a treat that evening.
The food was wonderful, started with the salmon salad and spicy fish salad and both had fish dishes.
The restaurant had a great ambiance with an upscale but not stuffy feel.
What was really impressive besides having a dinner that was more than just good food, but a great experience was that David sent a follow up email the next day thanking us for dining at his restaurant and wishing us well on our next location on our trip.
