Fun and creative food

“Our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) came for dinner. We were a bit surprised that they had a kids menu. The kids really enjoyed their meals, although the portions were pretty tiny for 10-12 yr olds. We had some really fun cocktails including a tropical sangria and lime mojito. They started us with a taste of cotton candy coated with spices.

We ordered a bunch of tapas to share including
-mushroom fritters which were really good, I would get this again.
-baked scallop w/mashed cauliflower: tasty and creamy cauliflower went really well with the scallop, I’d get this again.
-roasted pork bun with pickled cabbage; good but definitely but definitely not the best (Momofuku)
-smoked butterfish w beetroot cream- nice smokey flavor, solid dish
-honey baked pumpkin salad w crunchy granola, a signature dish which was surprisingly good. I enjoyed the crunchy granola w the pumpkin
-crispy fried chicken, pretty good and tasty but nothing that special
-bbq octopus was ok
-marinated pulled pork w soft boiled egg was ok, flavors were ok but not spectacular, wouldn’t get this again.
-clay pot mushroom rice was good with lots of mushrooms, portion was a bit small.
-dessert cocoa99 was really yummy, warm chocolate w mint ice cream and cocoa croutons- I love mint & chocolate so this was great for me.
-caramel apple w black pepper ice cream- ice cream was very interesting.
Overall we had a really fun meal. Service was great, they were really friendly and nice. It was great to come in a big group to get to try a lot of different dishes. I would recommend Cuca for a nice meal out in Jimbaran.”
