“The Hue House,for us, was unforgettable. The food is incredibly fresh, imaginative and plentiful. The staff are attentive but unobtrusive. We shared several plates, all on the advice of management and could not have been more impressed. The mixed entree (my favorite) Banh thap cam was full of flavor and variety and so very fresh. The little dumplings stuffed with shrimp & pork, on top of the stuffed, fried dough were sublime.
I say add Cuon diep, the BBQ’d spare ribs, to the list of must tries but really,everything we tried was delicious.
Hue cuisine is steeped in tradition and we’re wishing restauranteur Huy Tran all the best in this latest venture and please,please bring it to Australia.”
