“This hotel is exceptional; excellent service, very responsive staff.
I informed the staff about my plans of the day; and they accommodated us and even anticipated our needs; the staff is very responsive.
Breakfast is excellent, pool is nice and private. The common grounds are exotic All rooms with ocean view ( second floor) have a spiral staircase to enter. The patio ( balcony?) is large, but no A/C( thus a little warm in March) you are asked to close the windows in order to avoid the wildlife.
Lovely garden, lotus pond; very very nice experience.
My only caveat is that this great hotel is now surrounded by a recent development of bars catering to the young surfers. The music can be a little loud until the wee hours ( 3-4 AM).
