Very original dishes mixing French and Cambodian savours. Great results as all the dishes we had were really delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant is remarkable, spacious and traditional, perfect for romantic dinner. Last but not least, across all the restaurants I was lucky enough to try in Asia, I hardly met people as dedicated and nice than at Cuisine Wat Damnak. I can’t eat a wide variety of food, and it can be particularly tricky specially for fishes (some I can, some I can’t)... Carole Salmon was kind enough to follow-up with me days in advance to accommodate the best meal possible, and proactively warning me about sauce I could eat or not. Cuisine Wat Damnak was recommended to me by my friends who traveled in Siem Reap before me, and I will do the same to anyone who go there – if there is one restaurant to try, that’s really it!
