We spent an incredibly relaxing 2 nights in a family room which had a gorgoeus view of the mountains. It was a weekend break from Bangkok and our 4 young kids. The room was spacious with lovely decor and furniture, lots of thought went into the decoration. In a land of hard beds, the king sized bed was by far 1 of the most comfortable. The location was ideal, next to the river and just far enough out of town so it was quiet but without the sounds of dogs or roosters. The lush landscaping was beautiful and made the setting even more private and serene. Also recommend the restaurant for ambiance, service and food quality. Service was 5 star, the staff were always helpful, welcoming and full of smiles. We soent a half day looking for a restaurant for lunch and thereby visiting many of the other hotels and was extremely happy that we chose the Reverie for our weekend getaway. I may consider bringing my kids next time although it has such a lovely serene atmosphere that i wouldn’t want to disturb the zen of the resort.
