My husband and I agree that this is one of, if not the best, restaurants we’ve ever been to. It’s more than comparable to any Michelin star or rated establishment, we were actually really surprised they haven’t been properly recognized. Not only was the food high quality, eclectic, delicious, and well portioned, the service was beyond 5 star. We went on a Friday and didn’t realize until after our Saturday tour that they aren’t open on Sunday or we absolutely would have gone back. We wished we had one more night in chiang mai just so we could go one more time! The employees were so on top of things and David made sure to visit every table for a personable chat. He emailed us the next day and recounted some of what we discussed(which was nice considering we were so jetlag we could barely keep our eyes open past the entrees!) and wished us well on our upcoming relocation. I truly wish David would open another location in NYC, although it wouldn’t be the same without the man himself!
