The hotel is small, at just 40 rooms and is situated on a triangular corner site beside Soi 16, hence the unusual layout of some rooms. It is packed with interesting objets d’art. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a corner suite, which was just delightful. The bed was an enormous California king, I had a big desk and chair, armchair, breakfast table and 2 chairs, plus a huge ensuite with shower and jacuzzi bath. The toilet was separate and there was even a luggage room on its own. All decorated with understated stylish panache. Also in the room was an espresso maker, CD player and a free minibar of soft drinks and some snacks. Breakfast was served in the downstairs restaurant. While individual dishes were interesting, with a European influence, I must say I was disappointed by the portion size. I would have preferred a buffet, but maybe that is not an economic option in a hotel that size. It is 5 minutes easy walk to Asok station on the BTS. Staff service was friendly and individualistic. Would definitely like to revisit.
