Cuca really stood out for me, personally the best dining experience I’ve had in Bali. Creative, modern twist to some classic dishes and unusual (in a good way) food combinations – for example ceviche with watermelon ice!! It’s also very well priced and service was examplary. The dish that stood out for me was the smoked butterfish (presented as a rose as per attached photo). Stop reading, go try it
