“This hotel is an old french colonial building on the banks of the Mekong river in District 2.
The rooms are beautiful. By circumstance, we had the opportunity to experience three different rooms in the hotel. The Riverview rooms have a better view, but are noisier with the restaurant below.
The garden/pool side rooms are quiet and the view of the garden is lovely, but beyond that into the distance it’s just a neighbourhood view which is nothing special.
The restaurant serves excellent food – I was actually surprised how wonderful everything we ate there was.
There is a free shuttle boat into the city, which is a nice perk.”
