From the moment we arrived we were awe-struck by this beautiful property. Gianni and his team do a superb job looking after the guests’ every need, from organising tours to arranging airport transportation. All of the staff are very friendly but our favourite was Peng at the pool bar. An absolute delight, he attended us thoughtfully and unobtrusively over our four days at Satri House. We were very sorry to leave. We would definitely stay there again!!
