From soup to nuts, the experience was superb! Greeted by a big smile and by name upon reaching the check in desk. They were prepared. The room is beautiful and clean. Refill of the complimentary mini bar each day was a great added bonus and not expected, plus it ensured you had fresh water in the room. The pool area and pool was lovely and inviting. I spent more time in and around the pool than I do in most locations. So relaxing! It was nice touring during the day and completely relaxing when at the hotel. Breakfast time could be chosen all day — another absolutely amazing and much appreciated bonus to this hotel. Loved the food and the setting out by the river was so nice. In fact, I imagine the food was so good that they ran out of a couple things I really wanted to try on a couple of occasions. The boat ride into town was unique and let you experience the quiet outside of the center when at the hotel. The spa/massage was fabulous as well. In short, no complaints. Highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Another bonus: the cream puffs at the turn down service one night were delicious!!
