“I’ve stayed in a ton of hotels for work and fun, from hostels to five star, and this place really stands out. The fundamentals are there (comfortable bed, A/C, linens, toiletries, quiet, etc.), the services is top-notch, and the grounds are really beautiful and relaxing, but not in a canned resort kind of way. It’s a quiet and spacious oasis in the middle of an otherwise busy city. The food is excellent, and I was impressed by the wine list. The ownership seems to have some French influences.
Sadly, we didn’t have time to try out a massage, but they’re very affordable. We used the house bikes to check out the town, which I thought was great, but my husband found bike riding in Siem Reap very stressful.”
