We spent one night at Villa Song – it was a real treat. The place is beautiful, it feels generous with a free boat shuttle and minibar. The pool is a secluded gem in the garden. Watching the world go by overlooking the Saigon River is hard to beat and even harder while sipping coconut milk from a fresh coconut. We would have stayed longer but it was fully booked. The area is where all the international schools and the expat community live so it is not the place to pop out for local colour or street food but you can access those by taking the boat shuttle into town.
