“Ok let’s start at the beginning. Yandabo is a small village on the edge of the irrawaddy river. Its only recently got electricity and is home to a very traditional way of life with the local village making pottery by ways long forgotten by the western world!
So if you come here expecting fine dining, satellite TV, tarred roads and modern communication you might be disappointed.
The Yandabo is however very well equipped with fantastic rooms which surpasses most city rooms, with a cavernous bathroom and a bedroom that is simply luxurious. Comfort is without compromise.
The service too is fantastic with staff available and enthusiastic to give you as much as they can..
Food is of a very high standard too.
All in all the Yandabo has achieved a remarkable level of accommodation considering it’s location and I would happily recommend anyone to stay here.”
