“Cheong Fatt Tze mansion was on top of my to do list when I was doing my Georgetown itinerary. And I thought why not stay there. I agree it’s a bit pricey. But if you want to get the real feel of the jewel of Kedah i.e. our beloved Georgetown, you should stay for one night and you will definitely not regret it.
I stayed in a room called Chang Yu. It was my fairy tale come true day. I won’t say that the room and amenities are very fancy and royal but the feeling one get is amazing. You get a free tour of the mansion as a plus.”
