“If you are looking for a dining experience to really remember then the one Michelin Star, Labyrinth Restaurant is for you. We enjoyed the ten (10) course, very inventive, degustation menu with matching wines. This was not a ‘cheap meal out’ alternative but what an experience. The sensational flavours Chef Han has ‘developed / created’ and presents beautifully onto your plate are to die for and create much discussion if you are lucky enough to be sharing this experience (and I mean a ‘real experience’) with someone. Each course is described by the excellent staff, who are attentive, but not overly so, which is good for a dining experience.
We were lucky enough to get to talk to Chef / Owner Han (apparently an Investment Banker ?? in a previous life), who is a very dedicated and focused Chef and ever so willing to talk about his passion for food, presentation, attention to detail and how and why he set out to create the ‘truly innovative’ fair he offers at Labyrinth.
