“Stayed there 3 nights at the Shantung room on Oct 1st. Was my second time staying there and seems quite an improvement compared to the 1st probably it was from a different management back then.
Happy with the service upon checking in. Shiro at the desk was friendly. Glad that we had a early check-in and no hassle of waiting for our room to be ready.
All the staff are polite from housekeeping lady to the wait staff for our breakfast,the lady at the bar & the security guard at the main door.
I am amazed with the selection of ala carte breakfast menu and buffet spread with the price for the the room.
