I was a guest at Lucia & Chef Felix’s Valentine’s dinner – the first ever dinner at this exciting new and peaceful place – and I got served more surprises than I can name here! The menu was skilfully “crafted” with one course just melting into the next – perfect and distinct aromas of ingredients creatively combined, it felt like being on a voyage of the senses – and I left elevated in spirits and happy that such is possible again in Yangon.
