“””It is all about the taste”” is Cuca’s slogan and that is exactly what they offer. We had the chef’s selection menu (9 dishes) and we loved every dish. Our favorites were the smoked butterfish and the roasted pork buns.
To be honest, it was a very long time ago that I used my fingers to scrape the last bit of sauce of the plate after we finished the dish but here I just had to do it; so delicious!
It’s a pity that they do not offer matching wines with every dish (what we would have loved) but maybe it is better not to drink wine but just water to experience the tastes of the dishes better.
