“The Tigers Eye – it’s been open now for a while, I wanted to hold off on my review as the first visit I made over a year ago was phenomenal but I wanted to be sure that the high standards would be kept.
The chef here, Tim, has such a solid reputation for his creativity and constantly evolving menu which is one of the best elements of The Tigers Eye... you can never exhaust the menu as there is always something new to try!
The service is great, other restaurants in town on this level can be very sterile and too formal for my taste but at The Tigers Eye they have created the perfect blend of professional & friendly, I’m a people watcher & have observed the staff operate, they have the experience to gauge a table and can tell the difference between a formal / business meeting & a more relaxed jovial meal... for me that part of The Tigers Eye experience is priceless!
The decor is warm & welcoming & the layout gives the option for large groups to sit together.
In a nutshell – if you’re in Phnom Penh for a short time make sure to drop in, if you’re here for a longer period – go and judge for yourself, I’m sure it’ll become one of your ‘go-to’ places to dine!”
