The Hotel Tugu was the best surprise of our two week trip to Bali. From the second we walked into the lobby we were greeted by the most friendly, helpful and beautiful staff. We had just left the Ritz Carlton and already this place was running circles around the staff from the Ritz. It was one beautiful surprise after another. From the room, to the services to the good, proximity to the beach to the furnishings. Hotel Tugu is a gem and not to be missed. The hotel manager is lovely, helpful and has the staff well trained and lovely. Don’t miss the Japanese restaurant with a view of the ocean. Cheers to hotel Tugu for making our trip.
