“I really liked this hotel, we booked under the name Kenenga boutique hotel. The staff were amazing and called us by name from the start. The manager Karin, who is French, was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and tours to do. The place was very clean. Just a short ride into the city centre, $6 dollars Australian. Very cheap. The pool was amazing and very clean. Breakfast was a delight and you could have as much as you wanted, very generous. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food at the restaurant was very good. They would book a restaurant for you and call a taxi any time you needed one. I had a very enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend it.
My only criticism is that the locks on the rooms were very hard to manage, maybe they should think about getting key cards. Also the towels were very thin and need replacing. I think they could also upgrade their sun beds or put padding on them as a little too thin for my liking. But these are minor things. Over all it was a very pleasant stay.”
