“I had lived in Phnom Penh for a couple of years and visited Kep many times. It took a vacation trip a year later for me to run upon Samanea Beach. It’s like a park when you first see it, spacious uncluttered and green, green, green. The Bungalows are the nicest I’d stayed in in years, huge and tastefully decorated. I meant to stay for three nights and was still there two weeks later. Low key, super pool, great food, excellent staff and above all, incredibly beautiful.
