4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Unique and goegeous, but the best part is the staff"
" really can't say enough about how much I loved my stay at the 4 Rivers Floating Lodge. It is a gorgeous place, relaxing and natural making for the perfect getaway. The tents are lovely and come with all the amenities you could want -- your own deck, a t.v., a cute wooden bathtub, lush robes and eco-friendly soaps. The setting is second to none, located on the Tatai river which blends jungle and palm trees seamlessly. The excursions they provide include firefly watching, a trip to the local waterfall, jungle treks (weather permitting) and kayaking in the mangroves. I made some great memories... The staff round out this great experience -- the excursion teams are great, the general manager is kind and attentive and the restaurant staff are warm and eager to please. Living in Cambodia, I know how difficult it can be staff urban hotels, let alone a property as isolated as 4 Rivers, so kudos to them. Note: Located on the river, you will encounter bugs (including gorgeous butterflies) so be prepared -- that said, I left without a single mosquito bite. This is also a relatively remote location which means the food choices (which are plentiful enough and delicious) won't be the same as in more populated areas. If you can't live without your phone/computer this place isn't for you since there is no wifi. "Rachamankha: "Calming, beautiful botique hotel"
Beautiful abbey turned hotel in the middle of the city. Nice amenities, superb sevice, plus scrumptous breakfasts included. Centrally located with only a 15 minute max walk to wherever you want to go in the old city.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Best experience in my life!"
Very friendly and helpful people, that had a lot know-how about nature and animals. The camp was very clean and no plastic in the whole area which created a very noble athmosphere. The food was extraordinary - fresh and very tasty! The Island Lodge: "Fabulous quiet paradise"
"We absolutely loved this hotel. It is a quiet luxurious break from the hustle and bustle of other Vietnam locations. We spent three nights there and didn't want to leave. It is a small boutique hotel, which provides fabulous service by friendly and professional staff. As it is rainy season, the hotel was very quiet and the staff outnumbered the guests by far. The facilities are fabulous. The gardens, pool area, bar and restaurant are lovely. The food is delicious and breakfast as much as you can eat. The spa is very nice and I spent a couple of hours being pampered. The owners, Michel and Francoise, greeted us on arrival and made a point of saying goodbye when we left, all adding to the feeling of personalised service and luxury. This hotel is a bit more expensive than others we have stayed in in Vietnam, but very reasonable compared to European prices. It is worth every penny. It was a small parcel of peacefulness in an otherwise hectic schedule. I'll definitely be back if I'm back in Vietnam."SANAK RETREAT BALI: "The Best place I have ever stayed and i travel a lot"
"The setting, the ethos, the staff!!! Its dreamy and Its the real deal. A true eco luxury treat! The rooms are beautiful and in keeping with the land and nature. The food is exquisite. The views are stunning. I loved this place so much Ive been back twice and will return there whenever I am in Bali, its well worth the adventure up into the mountains for! I was made to feel like part of the community here and I am truly grateful to have felt this welcomed. Thank you all x x x see you again soon! "Tugu Lombok: "A Paradise on Heart"
"We've seen quite a few big and luxurious resorts, but we are sure that our stay at Tugu Lombok will remain in our minds like one of the most amazing. We stayed 2 nights in this slice of heaven and everything was absolutely perfect! The private beach is one of the most beautiful white sand beaches we’ve ever seen. The hotel not only offers kayaks and a Stand Up board free of charge but also all the Snorkel equipment providing us an absolutely mesmerizing experience exploring the sea. Our Villa, 106, was the second closest Villa to the main swimming pool. Only a green lawn separates the beach from the back garden where we had our own private swimming pool. The room was so big it feels like staying in a castle and had one of the biggest beds we have ever slept, where we were woken up every morning with a perfect sunrise. The bathroom is integrated in the garden where there was a big fishpond with Shower and bathtub outside surrounded by nature. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming serving us with a real smile and warmth. The food was exceptionally good. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and best of all, we got to enjoy it anywhere we wanted. The hotel complex is huge and it is lovely to wander around. Everywhere we found pieces of Indonesian culture and art. Every time we went around we discovered a new lovely spot. We fell in love by this hotel! Absolutely everything was stunning. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family."Villa Song Saigon: "Luxury and serenity with wonderful service"
I can't say enough good things about this small luxury hotel. I wanted a short break at a boutique hotel and Villa Song Saigon surpassed my expectations. From the moment I arrived where I was upgraded to the Imperial Suite (with two private terraces, one overlooking the Saigon River and the other, a beautiful pool) to the spa (fabulous hot stone massage by Duyen) to the amazing and friendly service from every member of the hotel staff I encountered to the superb breakfasts on the banks of the Saigon River, afternoon cheese platters and great dinners, I spent four idyllic days here. The hotel is in District 2 so a little way out of the crazy bustle of Ho Chi Minh City centre but very easy to get to either by a frequently running shuttle bus from the hotel or taxi. But once you get to the hotel it is quite hard to tear yourself away. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have music in the spa if guests want it. I highly recommend Villa Song Saigon and if I come back to Ho Chi Minh City I will definitely stay here again.Les Maisons Wat Ko: "Memorable stay"
We stayed in room no. 1 just above the room that Angelina Jolie used to stay during her movie production this year. The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the salt water pool but has not enough time to try the massage by the scenic lotus pond. Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall service and experience is beyond expectation.Rachamankha: "A stunningly stylish hotel"
A beautiful architect designed hotel in the centre of Chiang Mai. It has an excellent restaurant and a beautiful swimming pool. We stayed in 2 different suites and I would highly recommend one the first floor suites as they are newer and have outdoor seating.
