“We cook what we love. And we love a lot: flavors, colors, textures, spices and the abundant basket of the world.”
Chef Felix's cuisine is based on natural products, preferred from local, organic and sustainable suppliers. His creations are light, colorful and pure, based on Felix and Lucia’s personal lifestyle, with a strong focus on health. Respecting their European roots, the cuisine combines traditional and innovative European techniques with local Asian ingredients, carefully presented and refined with incredible attention to detail.
The essence and heart of every dish is the use of only high quality produce imbued with the passion for a vivid range of flavor.
