"OMG... you just have to make sure you get this hotel on your itinerary if you are travelling to Jaipur ! The atmosphere of the hotel is so mellow! It has got a fab balance between Indian heritage with modern touches. The staff were so kind, professional and you almost feel like a visitor to someone's home rather than a hotel. The food was excellent and we had dinner by the pool and breakfast in the gardens. I would have loved to have visited when the polo team and horses were about, but unfortunately they were in Jaipur preparing for a match. After staying in wonderful luxury hotels in three cities in China, our arrival at Jing's residence was a delightful and very satisfying change. From the moment we stepped inside this lovingly restored boutique hotel we knew we were in for a treat. And what a treat it was! From the a decor that featured beautiful objects everywhere we looked and the rooms that provided every comfort to the charming dining room and terrace and well stocked bar, we felt well cared for and well fed. There was always a special surprise - such as the bag of honey dates waiting in the room to appease traveller's fatigue or the lovely handmade object left on the turned down bed at night. And the staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.RACHAMANKHA: "Oasis"
"We were fortunate to stay here, albeit during the coldest weather in years! This is a true 5* property with wonderfully gracious staff. The location is perfect for walking to most areas you would want to see while in Chiang Mai. Breakfast is more than most would expect and in the evening the food is very good. "What should I say about my amazing stay in Hotel Tugu Malang? The room was excellent. They even provided us with FREE high tea between 4-6PM and they served very very good Indonesian traditional cakes and desserts. They also gave us 10 minutes complimentary shoulder massage. This hotel is like a monument. They gave us a free tour of the hotel and so we can see different rooms offered. Unfortunately, we stayed only for a night. World class diving...the staff was friendly, accommodating, and excited to share any knowledge about marine life or surrounding area. The food was fresh and plentiful while offering a nice variety. Beautiful resort with paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling, scuba diving, and spa services. Having air condition over the beds at night was comforting and being able to step off your deck to walk, swim or snorkel was lovely. Bring whatever you need with you as this is a remote island. "We spent 5 days of our honeymoon here and enjoyed every second! The staff were super helpful and friendly, providing detailed maps with places to go and eat - they even packed us a lunchbox for a day trip to Lombok. The room itself is very clean, bed comfy and all amenities great - loved the outdoor shower! Being able to hire bikes is a great idea (although I think this should be a free service). The breakfasts are amazing! So much choice and was delicious (those crepes!), and room service/delivery for those rainy days was handy. Overall we can't fault Slow Villas in any way. Nous avons logé 2 nuitées à la Villa Mathis en famille et avec des amis. Nous avons adoré le concept 4 très belles villa (+/- 5 chambres par villa) et avec une piscine pour chaque villa (vous pouvez également profiter des autres villas). La Villa Mathis est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le restaurant est très bon, on vous propose également d'installer votre tables près de la piscine pour un diner romantique. Le service est excellent, tout est mis en oeuvre pour satisfaire les clients. Cyril le nouveau manager est très à l'écoute et de très bon conseil.
