Sukoon Houseboat: "Watch the world float by"

Review by: zzmehul | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed at Sukoon for one night based on the recommendation of our host at the Cottage, Nigeen and can't thank him enough for making the arrangement for our stay at Sukoon. The hospitality is great, right from the time they pick you from the shore of Dal lake in their own boat. The houseboat is fabulous with great wooden furniture along with all modern comforts.the staff was very helpful and courteous The food was delicious , especially the Tea (kahwa) and coconut dessert with chocolate sauce . The upper deck was the perfect place to spend our mornings and evenings and the lower decks was the best place sit and shop and also eat the pakodas and tea from the nearby floating shop. The rooms were comfortable and finely built and well maintained.Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. While leaving white threads were tied to our wrists for our safe journey. We were really touched by this gesture. We will defiantly come back and stay for a longer time.

Hotel Tugu Bali: "Unforgettable experience"

Review by: Rachel M | Source: Trip Advisor
"My partner & I stayed with Tugu for a weekend and had the most unforgettable time. We were greeted by the PR of the hotel who gave us a detailed and wonderful tour of the place. Annisa showed us Tugu's very own museums and temples located at the front of the hotel, which is also opened to the public. The spa at Tugu is a must, we stayed in Bali for 1 month and had numbers of massage and the treatments at the Spa here is by far the most impressive. Perfect sunset watching point at Ji by The Terrance at the hotel which also serves amazing sushi and cocktails. Breakfast & Dinner in the hotel were perfect, a great mix of western and Indonesian food with impeccable services. Our room was perfect for a couple and has a breathtaking view of the lotus pond in the hotel overlooking Echo beach. We had an incredible time and would definitely come back. 10/10 Thank you again for such an incredible stay."

Mrauk U Princess Resort: "one of the best hotels in Myanmar"

Review by: Offrocks | Source: Trip Advisor
It is a bit tricky to get to the hotel but I really advise you to go by boat instead of the land route from Sittwe . You will disembark just in front of the hotel. The hotel has only bungalows . Nice garden with green lawns and ponds with flowers. The bunglow has huge bedroom and nice bathroom. The kitchen has excellent food. The service is fantastic and very helpful. I can really recommend this place in order to investigate all the pagodas around it.

Muang La Lodge: "Belle adresse"

Review by: Elisa I | Source: Trip Advisor
Here every detail is a plus that adds to our well-being ... The first place along the river, the garden, pavilions, swimming pool, warm pool .... Breakfast and good and well presented dinner. I enjoyed a nice massage. Small various attentions provide comfort (brazier, fruit in the room, tea and water available in various places) rewarding excursion in the villages. Welcome by Raphael and Mathilde.

Villa Mathis: "Chris and the Staff is the reason to stay here"

Review by: PMH80 | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed over new years, my wife, our two young kids, and myself. The villa was very nice and clean. The pool and grounds were great. Food is nice. But the main reason this trip out of many to Bali was great, was because of Chris and his staff. They went so far and beyond what is normal. We had so much going on at the time, and we asked and leveraged Chris for so much more than we normally do. He was great, patient and very accommodating. We can't say enough nice things about him and his team. Thanks guys!!!"

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Really worth a visit"

Review by: Till W | Source: Trip Advisor
This is gonna be a review of superlatives. Seeds is one of the - if not the - most memorable expirience we had in Myanmar. The restaurant is relativly new and was built to the dining palace it is today in merely 11 months. The food is exquisite and unique, the service is fast, very polite and attentive and the setting is just beautiful. We took the Chef's menu and it really was a journey. The prices are in the upper class but we spent every dollar gladly. Will definitely visit again if possible.

Samanea Beach Resort: "One of our best stays at Cambodia"

Review by: abhipsita | Source: Trip Advisor
Out of the seven properties we sampled in our eight nights in Cambodia, this was one of the best! And I really wish we could've stayed longer. We rented a junior villa for the night and was extremely pleased with our choice because the room was beautiful and spacious and the washroom came with an outdoor shower and bath. [See pictures] The resort has lush lawns and its own strip of beach with a pier - overall an extremely picturesque property. So much so that we ended up spending most of the day chilling at the property in stead of exploring Kep. Service at the restaurant and the bar is good - food is pretty good but the cocktails are average. Overall, a very comfortable stay and would definitely visit the property again if I am going back to Cambodia.

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Uniquely laid back"

Review by: skittle999 | Source: Trip Advisor
It takes a while to reach this one-off location, but it's worth the 5 hour drive from Phnom Penh. Each tent is extremely well equipped and Anna, our host, is great company. Dont come here if you demand constant wifi or excellent service: the staff are willing and friendly, but are being trained up from scratch, so a spirit of tolerance is essential. Activities are limited and the wildlife largely non existent, but there can be few better places in the world to float on a river pontoon in luxury, whilst enjoying an escape from reality, good food and friendly attention. You can swim in the river, which is surprisingly warm. We each had a 90 minute (expert) massage at an absurdly low price, kayaked through the mangroves, and were led on a three hour tour of the surrounding forests. Happy memories!
