Tugu Bali: "A night in historic Bali"

Review by: Susanruddy | Source: Trip Advisor
"Tugu Hotels in Indonesia are all one-of-a-kind experiences. You don't stay at a Tugu just for a place to lay your head; you stay to immerse yourself in the history of each Tugu's region. Tugu Bali is no exception. First, it is beautiful, truly beautiful. You cross the entry bridge and know you are in a different world. There is a small, perfect museum dedicated to interpreting the puputan when Balinese committed suicide rare than submit to Dutch rule. The ""lobby"" is more a great, dimly cool hall with private dining or meeting areas around it. The upper floor provides views of the ocean, and the pool is an intimate and welcoming space. Across the road is a new lawn with a deck on which to sip a cocktail beach-side as you watch the sun set into the ocean. The individual rooms are lovely and have private plurge pools as well as lovely soaking tubs in private gardens. We were in Room 101 and thought it perfect. Show less Room Tip: There are ground floor rooms with private pools and second floor rooms with ocean views; both are lo..."

Tugu Bali: "Hidden paradise"

Review by: serbancantacuzene | Source: Trip Advisor
Tugu Bali is a magical place, with fabulous staff and great food. Breakfast is exquisite! Everything makes you feel as a guest in a large warm welcoming house and not like a standard hotel guest. This was the second time my wife and i spent a few days and we will gladly return to enjoy the peaceful rest and the nice massages. A place to bring your loved ones!

Amata Lanna: "Hidden Gem!"

Review by: ducharmi | Source: Trip Advisor
We have enjoyed our stay at Amata Lanna! Small amount of guests allows for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Hotel is clean and inviting! Rooms are impressive with old teak wood. Breakfast offers an al a carte menu and the eggs are delicious! Location is a short walk from the Night Market and about 15-20 minute walk to the Weekend Market. If you like to feel away from hustle and bustle, this is a good choice for you!

Poring Hot Spring Nature Reserve: "A variety of activities, available in one place"

Review by: GregandVicki | Source: Trip Advisor
We visited on a weekday - a previous review says the tubs are empty. Yes, they were, but that is so as not to waste water. The taps (one hot spring water tap, one cold water) are there for you to fill at your leisure. We clambered up to the Canopy Walk - it's a bit of a hike, but well worth the effort! Also visited the serene and informative butterfly garden and information centre. My husband and I sat in the pool at the base of Kipungit Waterfall, while our daughters trekked off to see the bat cave. I was surprised by 'sucker' fish, nibbling at my toes - you know, the ones you pay for in the 'fish massage' places? And I got mine for free! There are also sites for a rafflesia garden (world' largest flower), and an orchid site. I think this place is underrated, and offers so much for someone who has a morning / day to spare

Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "Quaint hotel in a great location"

Review by: jdmcg47 | Source: Trip Advisor
"On arrival we were invited to sit down & enjoy a welcome drink & snacks whilst checking in. We were then taken to our suite, which was unexpectedly spacious with a separate lounge/dining room & lovely hardwood floors throughout. Blossoms on the bed were another nice touch. However, the highlight of this hotel is the restaurant on the roof, which provides top quality food together with fabulous views of the promenade & Mekong. The breakfasts are exceptional with trays of pastries & fruit, freshly squeezed juices, yogurt & hot food cooked to order. We were there for dinner on Christmas Eve & Santa visited the restaurant & gave us all very nice presents. This was another unexpected treat. All of the staff were friendly & helpful and the service throughout our stay was of the highest quality. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel."

Villa Song Saigon: "Saigons Gem"

Review by: avb236 | Source: Trip Advisor
This hotel sited amongst the old colonial French homes of District 2 is worth the short drive from the centre .... surrounded by lush gardens, riverside dining, pool and spa all make this a gem to stay in away from the hustle and bustle of Saigon

Jing’s Residence: "Pingyao’s Best Hotel"

Review by: johnwF3614BG | Source: Trip Advisor
The best location in old Pingyao. The hotel is a quiet oasis in the heart of Pingyao. It's rooms are well appointed and very clean and tidy. The hotel facilities are well laid out with a lovely restaurant, bar, spa and quiet reading areas. Its sensitive use of the ancient architecture is a pleasure to relax in, either inside or outside in one of the quiet courtyards. The staff are always there when you need help, but never intrusive or overly attentive. The style is friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this wonderful boutique hotel to all my friends.

Villa Mathis: "Un hôtel unique"

Review by: ELODIE v | Source: Trip Advisor
Elodie"

Inle Princess Resort: "einfach traumhaft"

Review by: Ethnofoxy | Source: Trip Advisor
