Les Maisons d’Itac: "little peaceful paradise found"

We really enjoyed the experience. Far enough from noisy Moalboal. We stayed in a private house which was huge! On the hill with our own swimming pool. The place is quite with a big garden around full of bougainvillaea and facing the sea. The Resort is very intimate with only 5 accommodations. It keep this place quiet and charming, perfect to relax, even with kids. The staff who without exception provided us with wonderful service. They are all welcoming, warm and helpful.We will definitely come back soon. Thanks again to Bryan the manager and Marivic the chef :)

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Another relaxing and indulgent week spent at an idyllic beach resort"

"We have stayed here before so know what to expect and are never disappointed. From our comfortable bungalow with its semi-open bathroom to the amazing food in both restaurants, our stay was the perfect antidote to the pace and stress of everyday life at home. No request is ever too much trouble for any member of staff from housekeeping to the spa, waitors to the yoga intstructor. A week flew past, we could have happily stayed another."

Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Wonderful stay at Cheong Fatt Tze / Blue Mansion"

"Over the recent Easter long weekend, we decided to take a break in Penang. We picked the Blue Mansion, indigo blue coloured heritage hotel with only 18 rooms after learning about its history and seen some pictures. From the outside, the heritage hotel is hidden behind a high wall so only the roof and part of the building were visible from outside. The hotel also conducts a tour of the hotel, sharing the history as well as the challenging task of restoring the hotel when it was bought over following the death of the last son of the original owner. Hotel guests gets to join the tour for free. We were very fortunate to join the tour on the day that Loh-Lim Lin Lee, current owner of the hotel, was leading the tour. She only does it on Friday at 11am and 2pm. She was a wonderful story teller, sharing about the unique architecture, origins of the materials used in the construction such as colourful history. Beautifully restored with rooms that are a mixed of modern and traditional. We even have a jacuzzi in our bathroom! Highly recommend for a different experience from conventional hotel stay. The Cabochon Hotel: "Home away from home"

We loved staying at the hotel, it felt like a home away from home. We were three generations staying there, and we enjoyed it immensely. The staff is professional, accommodating and very welcoming. We will absolutely return.

Tugu Bali: "A Balinese beauty"

From the moment we were collected at the airport our holiday at Hotel Tugu Bali was perfection itself. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, a striking reception and lounge area greet you. When you step outside you are able to stroll through the tranquil and well established grounds full of plants and flowers and listen to the wonderful sounds of the sea and bird song. In addition to this, at every turn you will find a different and beautiful cultural artefact to intrigue you. Our suite, a Rejang suite was just as wonderful, with a sunken bath and spa area, a four poster bed and a wonderful garden and ocean view which provided us with a view of the sunset every evening. There is something magical about the whole place which brings a sense of relaxation and mindfulness. The staff add to the magical moments by their obvious pleasure in ensuring you are well cared for and happy as a guest, the flowers in the room, settings at breakfast and dinner which are personalised and the delicious meals can be eaten anywhere you choose, nothing is too much trouble. A good location adds to the whole experience and a perfect holiday.

Maison Polanka: "A haven and a retreat"

Stepping back rough the private gates into this beautiful estate with its garden, pool and delightful traditional house and rooms, was a perfect balance for the busy town and temple trips. The team lead by Kathy and Francis were all superb and nothing was too much trouble. We took a package that included guide and transport. We used the massage facilities also. Cold towels on hand as we returned from our trips out, glasses of iced water by the pool was all part of the welcome. just 5 rooms in total meant that it was like a private villa. We stayed in the Green Room in the main house which has a large terrace with seating and fans and is the nicest room being the original sitting room of the house before it was a hotel.

Arumdalu: "Calming Escape from Urban Life"

"If you ever find yourself in a sea-tuation in need for a peaceful green retreat and a doze of Vitamin Sea, then the answer you're looking for is Arumdalu Private Resort in Belitung. My first-ever trip to Belitung and Arumdalu surpassed all my expectations of a private resort in a small developing island- less known than Bali. We stayed a total of three days and two nights. Absolutely ah-ma-zing! Throughout our stay, the staff members are all very friendly, extremely polite, and offer helpful services 24/7. On my very first night, we were having trouble with the wifi connection from our multiple devices. It was past midnight when I called the front desk for assistance. The receptionist assisted us for a long time over the phone and maintained his professionalism all throughout. We were very thankful for his patience and kindness. The whole facility is really gorgeous, with beautiful architectural details and greenery. Everything seems to be thoughtfully designed and managed for the sole purpose of comfort and privacy. This place offers absolute privacy (underlined and bolded.) On top of its general secluded location and the private beach, each villa is designed with complete privacy in mind: gated entrance, dense greenery as partitions between villas, and a personal swimming pool. There is also a sense of exclusivity through minimal interaction with the staff on daily basis. For instance, there is no specific timeframe for room cleaning service and the staff wouldn't knock on your door to clean up your space. Everything is only a phone call away. How convenient! Another highlight is ‘Sahang Beachfront’ restaurant. The restaurant evokes a strong cozy ambiance. The wooden glassed space with home-styled table decorations creates an extremely familiar intimacy. The veggies and fruits used as ingredients are organically grown and freshly picked from in their own garden. Bottom-line: the food here is worth the calories to satisfy your palate. Personal side note, as an architect that values design and craftsmanship as well as an avid believer of living a sustainable lifestyle, I feel an overwhelming sense of satisfaction staying in a resort that proactively shows and promotes its core values of their thoughtful quality design and eco-friendliness. Oh! Did I mention that I saw 6 dolphins by the shore while waiting for sunrise? Such a therapeutic comfort. Personally recommend Arumdalu to those seeking for a calming luxurious natural escape from urban life Stayed February 2017, traveled with family"

My experience in Seeds was living art; the design of the restaurant, the drinks and the food presentation are nicely put together. The combination is a master piece in perfect harmony. Thank you Lucia and Felix for creating a beautiful experience.

Sandat Glamping Tents: "Magic place"

Sandat is really our kind of experience, exclusive tents beautifully designed and decorated, off beat location, far from the crowd, very warm staff who played with our daughter, 2 and half years old who enjoyed so much, great breakfast, a Must in Ubud !

Maduzi Hotel: "Best hotel ever"

"너무 좋다는 후기들만 있어서 긴가민가했는데 정말 최고였습니다. 모든게 너무 깨끗하고 좋아서 함부로 못쓸것같은 느낌이 들 정도였어요! 침대도편하고 교통도 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절하고 저희 신혼여행이라고 방도 업그레이드해주시고 어매니티도좋고 불만이전혀없는 호텔이었습니다. 아 샤워기가 고정식인데 좀 불편해요.. 그것빼곤 완벽합니다. My hubby and I stayed at Maduzi on the last day of our honeymoon trip and this hotel made the end of our trip very pleasant. The location is good (some 5 mins of walk to the nearest stn), all the facilities and the huge bed were very clean and comfy, and the amanities provided smelled really sweet. Plus, the staff were sooo friendly and helpful that they even upgraded our room, knowing that we were honeymooners. Cannot describe enough how much we were satisfied with our stay at Maduzi! The only downside was the shower which was fixed on the wall or the ceiling.. somehow I felt uncomfortable with it. And yet, we will definitely go back!!"
