tugu malang: "Great experience 5 stars hotel"
"So calm and quiet, not busy place. You can choose to relax by swim or just walk around in this hotel. The romantic bed and awsome Java room design, makes you feel like in the Keraton. Very very recomended hotels in Malang "The Hue House: "Áwesome dining experience"
super delicious foods, beautiful rooftop settings, lovely attentive staff... a wonderful luncheon experience... Will definitely be back!Pindaya Farm House: "A charming farmhouse"
Unlike many popular and expensive hotels in Myanmar with extravagant yet very poor in taste decorations, Pindaya farmhouse stands out with cozy and warm ambience. No TV, no hot shower but that’s ok... it’s more natural that way... It fits exactly for people who look for different tastes when they travel. Farm hosts are not only extremely hospitable, but very good in making meals. We are treated with beautiful breakfast of variety of farm grown fruits & Shan noodle. It’s almost like visiting a friend’s house for a night. It was during high festive season in Myanmar of Lighting Thadingyut festival when I was there. Many people make lanterns out of local Shan paper. Night sky was filled with floating paper lanterns. I can’t express how much I enjoyed staying there for a night. I wished I had more time to stay there a bit longer to do some cycling among those beautiful valleys, canola fields and wine yards. Needless to say how pleasant highland weather was. It was a memorable stay, it was an instant love and joy.tugu malang: "So luxurious"
"Our group of five arrived at Hotel Tugu by train late in the afternoon. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who assisted us to check in. While our luggage was taken to our room we enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel is like staying in a museum. Tours are available but we were short of time. We enjoyed dinner by the pool before going to bed. We were woken at 12.30am and set out on our adventure to see the sunrise on Mount Bromo. This is a spectacular sight and well worth the journey. Warm clothing is definitely required. Don't forget your camera. We returned early morning to the hotel and had a few hours of sleep. That night we booked dinner in the King's room which is absolutely magnificent with so much to look at and so much history. We felt like Royalty seated at the table as we ate our meal. The staff went out of their way to make it a very memorable occasion for us. Next morning, after breakfast by the pool, our stay sadly came to an end we left for the airport. This hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in. We will definitely return again as our stay wasn't long enough to see everything that Malang has to offer. "Yandabo Home: "Hidden Gem in the middle of nowhere"
"What a delight to come to this little hidden gem along the Ayeyarwaddy river traveling by boat from Mandalay to Pagan. Yandabo hpme consists of 12 small houses directly by the river side made out of the finest material traditional yet extremely modern. The villas are very spacious with high ceilings and a wonderful large bathroom with a rain shower. The amenities at l'Occitane a delightful surprise. The food is local and very good. The staff will take you on a tour the nearby villages one totally immersed in making pottery the other on the other side of the river farmers with a population of 4500 water buffaloes. The people are lovely and very friendly the area is truly authentic and not only single tourist in sight. I highly recommend this place as a stop along the route it beats Yangon and Mandalay by far. The only thing I could add would be a lounge area with some sofas by the river side so one could sit and relax whilst sipping some local tea"Mathis Retreat: "Relaxing in Ubud’s rice fields"
Excellent hotel where Karin's staff will welcome you after a long or short journey to Ubud. Beautifull and well equiped rooms with great bath & nice shower. Very comfy bed. Outside asthonishing view, beautiful swimming pool, delicious resto, what elso do you need ?David’s Kitchen: "Amazing place, amazing people, amazing night"
"When we googled the ""Best fine dining in Chiang Mai"", David's Kitchen popped up which left us no choice but to try it. Online booking system made the booking so easy and convenient while the transportation services offered just made the life of a tourist couple easier. The architecture and the decoration were so exquisite and appropriate while the greens just somehow blent into modern buildings. Oyster for appetiser is a must with the fresh taste and unique sauce. For the main course, we ordered the beef cheek and a steak. With a bottle of Pinot noir, the food upgraded the fine restaurant towards perfection. Staffs were undoubtedly helpful and nice, providing all the fantastic recommendations. And we were so thrilled that Mr. David came to us and shared his story with us, putting a perfect ending note towards the night. For anyone who wants to have a wonderful quite night, this is the place you want to go!"Tugu Malang: "Service, style, and sarapan can’t get any better!"
"Amazing hospitality experience at Tugu Malang! Once checking in, it felt like family. And the hotel staff did a better job of remembering my name than any other place I've ever stayed. Was sad to leave. Hotel has great combo of modernity and style. Fantastic three-course fresh and healthy breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed the suite; the historical paintings led us to do some internet research and learn more about the colonial history. Was a delightful finish to leave with free coffee and a complimentary trip to the train station. Will be back!"Slow Villas and Spa: "Just perfect"
"On our 3 weeks roundtrip through Bali and Lombok my girlfriend and me have stayed 3 nights at Slow Private Pool Villas and it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. To shorten the story: The Slow was even better than expected! Our private villa was surrounded by a huge and nicely planted garden. The pool was just awesome - perfectly clean and bigger than expected. Furniture, tapware and decoration were beautiful and definitely chosen with a huge amount of passion for the details. The staff was always friendly and helpful - no matter if we wanted to go diving, book a snorkeling trip or had some other questions: there's nothing they can't help you with in order to have the perfect time at Gili Air. The breakfast is definitely another highlight. It's getting served at your Villa at your preferred time and tastes delicious! We can't wait to come back next year! But then for longer than 3 nights. :)"The Island Lodge: "Excellent lodge located right in front of the Mekong"
"We enjoyed a lot our stay here starting with the pool just in front of the Mékong. We had a room with a large terrace and with a great bathroom. The bedoom itself is a bit small to accomodate two kids but that was ok. The owner rented us a car with a driver, that was very convenient. It is so nice to see someone willing to please his customers by any means.Highly recommended to anyone willing to visit the Mekong delta."
