"This is a delightful boutique hotel away from the crowds of Ho Chi Minh City but with the benefit of regular speed boat shuttles to take you to the centre of town. The rooms are well appointed with luxurious amenities. The service is fantastic from the very helpful staff. The location is out of the centre of town but it's easy to get into the centre of town and the location on the river is very nice. Also, the local neighborhood has a number of restaurants, shops, tailors etc. The hotel concierge has a great list of activities and tours - all the ones we did we were great. Cabochon is a unique boutique hotel for people looking for a place different than the cookie cutter hotels in the city. Beautifully decorated and set back from busy street, it's still centrally located and close to Skytrain so very easy to get around. Staff were all extremely nice and the breakfast that was included was a nice selection of both Asian and Western options. "Went there without knowing what to expect and what a great surprised! This property is one of a kind, few villas scattered in a huge tropical garden, we were staying in Villa des Rizières with friends and everything was perfect, the bedrooms really nicely decorated the lodging area to die for and the pool just gorgeous!!! The staff is really helpful dedicated and friendly... I strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to Semyniak and Canggu but in a quite and stunning environment. Mit den Slow Villas Fahrrädern (gegen eine angemessene Gebühr) erreicht man sämtliche Punkte auf der Insel in kürzester Zeit und es macht auch Spaß mit dem Rad die Gegend zu erkunden. In der ganzen Woche, in der wir über die Insel gefahren sind, hätten wir keine Unterkunft gesehen, wo wir lieber gewesen wären als in den Slow Villas. Greeted by the chef on arrival and made feel welcome like your dining at the chefs own home! Incredible local produce and traditional Khmer flavours, prepared using French techniques.
