Review by: Shalini E | Source: Trip Advisor
This is really a gem of a place, the cottages are tastefully done, the bathroom is superb, the service impeccable and the food and attention to detail is excellent. The pool is lovely and my son and our friends really enjoyed our stay here. For sure a must visit and I am certainly going back again sometime soon.

Villa Song Saigon: "Charming Boutique Hotel"

Review by: Stephen A | Source: Trip Advisor
We loved this place. It's a stunning villa with a gorgeous pool which is open late into the evening. The highlight for us was the breakfast which can be taken any time of day - who knew beef pho and French toast go so well together?! The area is a bit sterile (lots of international schools and expat compounds) but we just wanted to chill by the pool so this was a perfect end to our short stay in Vietnam. Particularly grateful for accommodating our request for a late checkout. Nice little gym too. Would love to return.

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Exquisite mountain lodge situated 1000 feet above Pokhara Valley"

Review by: Bob92110 | Source: Trip Advisor
Stayed two nights at this marvelous mountain lodge that sits on a hilltop ridge overlooking the Pokhara Valley. Your "room" is actually a very spacious, luxurious, comfortable, hand cut stone bungalow blending naturally into their surroundings and sited to maximize the breathtaking vistas of the valley and Himalayas mountains. Each room has a private verandah and set in private gardens. There is an infinity pool with unmatched views of the mountains. The main lodge with both in and outdoor dining facilities and patios to enjoy the valley and mountain views is very, very nice. Our first night there were just three couples and we enjoyed a lively discussion over dinner. The second night had a large group of 19 guests which didn't "take over the space" since the bungalows are spread out and all very private. Most enjoyable stay here after our three days of trekking. Great place to begin your trekking experience or to recuperate afterwards. Most relaxing and the restaurant offerings are top notch, as is the staff and the manager, Mark. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Glenburn Tea Estate: "All you need to know about tea"

Review by: _j_llewellyn57 | Source: Trip Advisor
A fantastic three night stay on the Glenburn Tea Estate. Amazing, sumptuous suite with fabulous views of Kanchanjunga, Sikkim and Darjeeling. Delightful guide lead walks around the tea plantations and a very interesting tour of the tea factory complete with tea tasting. The food was exquisite, the setting dreamlike and the service second to none. The 40 minute jeep drive from the main road down a very bumpy, twisty track descending 3000 ft is not for the feint hearted, but for others it may add to the adventure. The drivers were marvellous. We never fealt unsafe.

Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "Fantastic place"

Review by: MaLi S | Source: Trip Advisor
"Entrance of the hotel was not attractive at all but the front desk lady was very friendly even though it was late at night. Once we stepped into the room I was impressed very elegant decoration and relaxed setting. Look like it's newly renovated. The bed is really comfortable, there are water and fruits. One suggestion is to be more environmental. So not change the soap, towel and all other things that can be reused. Another tip would be to put up a reminder for guest about the step down into the washroom to avoid people trip and fall! Breakfast btw was really really good!!! "

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Great fine dining in Yangon"

Review by: HtatVal | Source: Trip Advisor
Together with Le Planteur this is the best fine dining in Yangon. We went here for an early Saturday lunch. The business set lunch menu is priced at a good level. Affordable for frequent visits. I chose the Norwegian salmon entry and beef stew as main course. Wife selected the scallop soup and ravioli. All dishes were tasty and good. Also plenty of really nice bread and a taste of pumpkin soup were served. All in all a really good food in beautiful location, scenery and decor. Wish Seeds could tone down their rediculous organic focus which is not very suitable in a country depending on sustainable agriculture growth and where deforestation is an issue. Nevertheless, we hope to come back again soon for another great lunch or dinner experience.

Talabgaon Castle: "Gorgeous Polo Palace"

Review by: Laura C | Source: Trip Advisor
A trip through Rajasthan palaces would be an elegant and interesting adventure. Talabgaon Palace, located between Jaipur and Ranthambore is a not-to-miss gem. The small village on the way to the polo estate is charming and pretty. Like the other palaces I've visited, out party was greeted with cool drinks and warm washcloths. We were lucky enough to get a tour of some of the rooms, all of which are beautifully appointed with antiques and original works of art. Every room is unique and very luxurious. On the grounds is a very large swimming pool with a pool house, large grassy areas for dining, and a very large polo field. The Duke of Edinburgh and Queen Elizabeth II have graced this swanky locale--for the polo and the luxury digs. We were treated a very delicious supper set up outside, just for us. It was the sort of thing you see in travel mags, but rarely does it feel like 'this is your palace' for as long as you are a guest. The manager Aditya Singh works very hard behind the scenes to provide you with a seamless maharajah-style experience.
