Hotel Tugu Lombok: "Amazing"
"The hotel is beautiful and an example of the amazing Tugu style! There are 4 Tugu hotels in Indonesia and this was the only one I didnot visit yet! The way it is set up doesn't make you feel like you are in a hotel. It feels like staying with friends that have a big house with eclectic taste! The staff are very friendly and cater to your every need. The gardens are beautiful and the beach is very quiet. What else can you want? They have 2 Beautiful wooden boats that can take you snorkeling or to the Gili Islands in style! If you go to Lombok this is the place to stay!"NEELESHWAR: "Exceptional in every way"
"My husband and I did the 7-day detox package, which includes yoga, meals made to suit our constitutions and health requirements, and 2 luxurious Ayurvedic treatments a day, plus consultation with their Ayurvedic Doctor. There's no doubt we've never felt better, but on top of that we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, the kindness and attentiveness of the people who work there and the stunning gardens, pool and sea views. And the food is an art - fresh, creative, flavourful and satisfying. Truly a first class experience, with every detail attended to beyond our expectations. What makes this place special above all are the wonderful people who will make your stay more than just a vacation, but a lifelong memory. It may seem expensive, but it's worth every dollar! If you go, be sure to take their free bicycles out for a ride in the village! "The Village House: "Great great Staff and Hotel out of Kuching"
"We stayed at village house for 3 night for the ester week end. First the place is charming, tastily decorated and the room and bathroom are really clean. But the second point and what made this stay so great was the service and the staff! A big thank you to Alifa, Flora and Eleesa for taking such a good care of us! Great advice and help to visit around Santubong village and some talk about the culture of Borneo. And a big congrats to the Chef (that call him just a cook, you should not when you are serving a 8 course menu ...) really talented and worth paying more than the Food court few km from the hotel (by the way run away from damai beach resort). So to sum up, definitely a place that i recommend 100%, great for a week end gateway from Singapore or as a step into your travel in Asia! "Villa Mathis: "Petit paradis bien situé"
"Super séjour à nouveau à la Villa Mathis. Charme, tranquillité, amabilité... nous avons le virus et revenons chaque année! Très bonne situation, en retrait de l'agitation des grands centres mais suffisamment prêt pour en profiter quand on veut en profiter."Manukan Island Resort: "Staff are there main asset"
"We visited here for a 4 night short holiday at the end of our main holiday in Malaysia. We were very impressed with all the staff at the resort. They excel in customer service and really do go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. We made some comments about the breakfast ( not covered / few flies buzzing around) - it was addressed straightway, professionally. The chalet we had was very nice and enjoyed having our little beach to come and go as we please. Everywhere is very clean. The island it self doesn't have a huge choice of things to do, other than snorkel, and is definitely bring a book place. The island is busy during the day with day trippers but it's great at night when you get it you self - you get to wander about, sat on the jetty watching the fish. There a few good food choices - the main restaurant is good - slightly more expressive than mainland but then food is imported. You might get tired of the menu after a few days - a refresh or daily specials would be good. It's doesn't offer a huge number of options for families but if you just want somewhere to relax and watch the world go by with excellent services I would recommend."Rahai’i Pangun: "A very enjoyable relaxing journey"
"My first visit in Indonesian part of Borneo – Palangkaraya; A very enjoyable relaxing journey there and a very courteous river cruise with great food. Putu, I want to thank for the awesome time that we had with you and your crew – My wife and I still talking about all of our discussion. Orangutan, proboscis monkey, environment challenges, community development….and all about “Jungle Stories”! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend in Rugan River. We have been raving about it ever since! Visited March 2017"Rachamankha: "So charming"
I'm always a regular customer at Rachamankha and have to stay here every time I visit Chiangmai. It's a very charming boutique hotel with around only 30 rooms, but the design, ambience, food, drink & service are all superb. You know right away once you step in the check-in area that the owner has taken great care of the place and every detail to make this a unique place has been considered. Don't ever miss your breakfast here as you'll be having breakfast served in an amazing set of vintage chinaware.Inle Princess Resort: "einfach traumhaft"
A Luxurious Oasis Away from the Hectic Modern World"
This is our fourth visit to Hotel Tugu. Per usual the facilities/rooms/property is so well taken care of and the staff are attentive. Although the neighboring properties have gotten louder, it is still a wonderful place to get away from it all.Locavore: "Michelin worthy!!"
"Wow I came to Locavore with my girlfriend on an evening were the the rain was truly pouring and we were drenched as we walked in. My girlfriend and I had the tasting menu which was outstanding. The staff knew every aspect of each dish and I hope the chef gets the staff to taste the dishes because their knowledge seemed that they had as the waitresses and waiters really did know their stuff. Lovely atmosphere and great staff. Good attention to detail. Great tasting food If this restaurant was in Paris or London it would have cost near £300, however with it being in Bali it was just over £100. Great value for such good quality. Great evening and recommend to anyone to go to Locavore"Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
