4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Wonderful eco-lodge"

Review by: GinaBolano | Source: Trip Advisor
"It was an awesome experience to stay in this lodge and wake up every day to jump from the bed to the river in the middle of the rainforest. The landscape is beautiful. And the installations of the hotel are perfectly adapted to it and takes care about the environment. To be able to be in bed and listen all the jungle sounds during the night is just amazing. Please, take a kayak or a surfboard and see the sunset. This lodge totally worth our 5 hours road trip....It has an amazing location, installations and lovely staff! We did all the tours with the hotel, and all the team and guides were really nice. We had a great time. We visited the falls, kayak some kms back, and even saw fireflies on the sunset cruise. Kayaks, surfboards, books, board games are always available. They prepared a vegetarian menu for me. The food was nice every single day. They fixed our transfers from PP and then to Sihanoukville with nice drivers and cars, and check on us all the time. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"

Kenanga Hotel: "Great stay !!!"

Review by: Ste_xx_71 | Source: tripadvisor.com
"We spent four nights at Ubud in Kenanga Hotel during our August visit to Bali & Lombok. This has been our preferred location of our full holiday. Ubud is brilliant and Kenanga absolutely perfect. Once you are in the hotel you are out of the Ubud chaos and you can really relax. Wonderful view and extreme kindness the two top factors. My son (5 years old) enjoyed so much beeing free and look at ducks or walk on the small tracks through the rice fields. Karine, the hotel manager, has been very helpful with a lot of suggestions on how to use at the best our available days. We also tried a cooking lesson organized in the hotel just for us and we really enjoyed it too. The hotel restaurant is very good also for the demanding Italian tastes. Go there !!!"

Villa Song Saigon: "Villa Song, an oasis of calm in Saigon"

Review by: Haworth2014 | Source: tripadvisor.com
Beautiful hotel, luxurious rooms and facilities. All the staff are so friendly and take care to ensure your stay is perfect. To sit by the river for breakfast is magical; didn't want to leave. Everything they do, they do so, so well. Although a short stay, so memorable, wish I was still there Location rated as excellent, a bonus not to be right in the city centre. The hotel speed boat service to the city centre is fantastic. Taxis cheap and plentiful if it's not available.

Locavore: "Three hours of foodie bliss"

Review by: Adelaidian10001 | Source: Trip Advisor
"We had the 7 course non vego menu and were again impressed on our third visit to this restaurant. We came from Sanur to eat here again and it was worth the journey! The kitchen maintained the excellent level of taste sensation in each morsel of the “snacks” and the actual menu courses. My only “mmm not sure” moment was the caffeine fish combination. The tomato consommé with the sorbet, the mushrooms , the varied uses of egg - could go on.... If you have the time and the money and enjoy food as an experience, go. Its around top dollar for Bali, but not in comparison to similar in Australia and Michelin rated restaurants in Europe."

David’s Kitchen: "If there was a higher score of excellence then that goes to David’s Kitchen"

Review by: John H | Source: Trip Advisor
We went to DK due to Trip advisor and the fantastic reviews. From the moment you step in to the sad time of leaving this wonferful restaurant you are taken to another planet. The staff are highly trained no doubt by David and his wife Prom. My only suggestion to someone thinking about trying DK is just go there and enjoy being spoilt by David and his team. Thank you for a wonderful experience David and Prom

Yandabo Home: "A tranquil stopover"

Review by: aljweir | Source: Trip Advisor
"Stayed one night to break our ferry journey from Bagan to Mandalay and it was an unexpected highlight! The rooms and facilities were spacious and luxurious but it was the staff that helped to make this stop over such a delight. Thanks especially to Linn Khine Phyo who arranged our trip over the river to the water buffalo village and accompanied us to the pottery village next door, nothing was too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend Yandabo Home if you are considering breaking the ferry trip."

Misool Eco Resort: "Little paradise resort"

Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "Excellent Boutique Hotel"

Review by: TeacherCandi | Source: tripadvisor.com
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Cabochon Hotel during our recent trip to Bangkok. Everything from the unique and interesting design, the amazing gin and tonic bar, the rooftop pool with great views of the city, the quiet location, the excellent restaurant and the extremely helpful and friendly staff made our visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also try the French toast for breakfast. It was delicious.

"My husband and stayed here for two nights while attending the rainforest music festival. We are so glad that we found the village house. -Great and friendly service at point of entry -owners were very kind and friendly -Clean great hangout area with pool and hammocks in the courtyard. Perfect for mid afternoon swims before the nighttime performances at the festival - all meals included - fully stocked bar which made it convenient to have a drink - transport provided to and from the cultural village It was a little hard to find, but not impossible. Would consider staying here again when we go back to the music festival."
