Hotel Tugu Lombok: "Amazing!"
"I stayed at Tugu Lombok for 4 days, these 4 days were so cheersful that I still remember them like a long-time holiday. The service was possibly the best I have ever had at any hotel, very attentive and knew our entire party by name. The staff are hands-down brilliant, seemed genuinely concerned to cater to our every needed. Food amazing Thank you to the Hotel Tugu Lombok team for making our stay so special."David’s Kitchen: "Dining Does Not Get Better Than At David’s Kitchen"
"Dining is not just eating food - it is an experience that should involve delicious food/drinks, gracious hospitality, a pleasing ambiance and the generation of plenty of memories to smile back on for years to come. My girlfriend and I had the dining experience of a lifetime last night at the new location of David's Kitchen - and this experience afforded us all of those things that I mentioned above at an unparalleled level! I had the very best tuna dish that I have ever had - highly recommended for if/when you make the brilliant decision to try David's Kitchen yourself. David was strolling around the very pleasant dining area while we ate and he spoke to us on a few different occasions as we enjoyed our meal. He is a very kind and interesting man that brings wonderful conversation to the table - pun intended. I had the pleasure of expressing my love for the tuna dish and he was gracious enough to invite us back into his kitchen to meet the head chef and the rest of the kitchen staff - this just took what was already an incredible evening to the kind of experience that my girlfriend and I will look back on for decades with nothing but smiles! And, to top it all off, the dining room manager brought my girlfriend a beautiful rose as we were walking into the parking lot to our taxi. It was like the evening couldn't stop getting better! So, there you have it. Some of the best food we have ever eaten. Certainly the best hospitality we have ever experienced at a restaurant. An ambiance that promotes a delightful meal. And memories that I will now have to cherish for the rest of my life. David's Kitchen provides the epitome of what dining should be. And, not to forget, at an EXTREMELY reasonable price! Nothing short of incredible. If you are EVER in Thailand - please, please do yourself and your traveling mates a huge favor and find time to make it into David's Kitchen! On my word - you will absolutely not regret it. Cheers!"Supanniga Cruise: "Fantastic boutique dinner cruise experience"
"We booked the SC as a birthday celebration whilst family were visiting Bangkok (4 adults in total). We booked the Dinner Champagne Tattinger Cruise package which offers a fantastic selection of various dishes following a flute of Tattinger upon boarding. As five-year residents of Bangkok, we had always wanted to experience a Chao Phraya dinner cruise, but had no intention of joining the buffet-style, neon-light-laden barges with over 500 other ""diners"" queing and elbowing our way around a floating eye-sore. In contrast, the SC setup is a very small, boutique, and well-managed operation, with a limited number of diners in a quiet and intimate setting. The top deck offers great uninterrupted views of the passing river and buildings on the banks. The route takes in many of the river's highlights including The Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun, as well as some of the quieter stretches south of Taksin Bridge. The table service was very attentive, professional (but relaxed) and prompt - there is quite a substantial list of servings to get through in the two hour experience, but the portions are tasty and appropriate. Being fans of the Bangkok outlets of Supanigga, we are aware of the seafood-orientation of the menu, and there was a bit of spice involved in a few dishes, but it is all very nice and very well prepared given the limitations on kitchen (being on a small boat!). The departure from River City is very convenient and well-managed (with booking confirmation phone call earlier in the day). Being able to park in the River City complex is very helpful. We were very excited to see the launch of this endeavour by Supanigga and were very happy and satisfied (and full!) that we chose it for a special occasion. We all thoroughly recommend the experience, and hope to return to take it all in again in the near future."Locavore: "Amazing Lunch at Locavore in Ubud"
On the recommendation of a chef friend we went up to Ubud to have a degustation lunch at Locavore. From the minute we arrived we were stunned by the beautiful service, decor and ambience not to mention the fantastic food with matched cocktails. Every mouthful was a taste sensation an explosion of flavour and yumminess. We had a tomato consomme with a tomato sorbet that was so good it would make you cry. I cannot recommend this place enough for a foodie experience you will never forget.Summertime Villa: "A slice of heaven"
"Summertime is an oasis of calm in Goa. The staff is lovely and caring, and the home and grounds are impeccable. All rooms and en suite bathrooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. The infinity pool is amazing and well maintained as are the grounds (our children enjoyed feeding the Koi fish in the pond each morning). For us, the owners made our daughter's birthday so special with their unexpected generosity, including a beautiful birthday cake, decorations and even an age-appropriate present! You'd definitely need a car to get around, as the home isn't really walking distance from any major markets or restaurants, and the approach road is rough. We will book again!"VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Great location and the service is first class"
"This hotel worked perfectly for us as a final day/night before flying home. It is a high end boutique hotel, at a good price, in a quiet location right by the water's edge. eating out by the water was very relaxing and although the hotel is on the opposite bank from the main tourist area you can have the best of both worlds as their boat service enabled you to easily cross over with the benefit of a free river tour...The rooms are of a very high standard and the icing on the cake was the standard of service. Whoever we talked to from the staff couldn't have been trying harder to help us. Additionally we had a very late flight out in the evening. They tried very hard to accommodate us having a room for an extended period. When this wouldn't work, as they were full, they provided us showers and access to a room to change in. You can't ask for more and if in Ho Chi Minh City again we will definitely be back. Thank you for making the end to our holiday so good. "Sanak Retreat Bali: "Unique, peaceful and beautiful"
"Sanak is an oasis of peace, off the beaten track, between rice fields, with cooler temperatures than the rest of Bali but actually perfect and hot just a bit less humid and not boiling hot. The view over rice fields is amazing, we stayed in a bungalow - very comfortable and stylish. Good food, organic, catering for people with any special diet. No plastic or coca-cola, I loved it, lots of fresh herbal teas, great for people who are environmentally conscious, like nature and want to stay away from the crowds. Amazing massage, the best we had in Bali, especially the milder version of the Balinese massage was great. I recommend also a walk to the waterfalls, although the local guide was fussing over me as if I was to fall down from each bigger stone :) It was worth a little walk and there were no one else there. It was still raining at the time we were there (end of raining season) but mornings were sunny and good for activities. It looks beautiful in any weather here. Sanak supports preserving the local area and gives work to people in the village, I just love what they stand for. This is the best combination I have seen of eco-tourism and luxury. We will come back."Muang La Lodge: "Belle adresse"
Here every detail is a plus that adds to our well-being ... The first place along the river, the garden, pavilions, swimming pool, warm pool .... Breakfast and good and well presented dinner. I enjoyed a nice massage. Small various attentions provide comfort (brazier, fruit in the room, tea and water available in various places) rewarding excursion in the villages. Welcome by Raphael and Mathilde.Manukan Island Resort: "Paradise"
"This property is absolutely beautiful and it's the only property on Manukan Island. There's a private beach area for guests and a public beach area for day guests. Once I stepped off of the ferry and walked along the boardwalk towards reception, I immediately felt at ease. I spent a lot of time at the reception area because it was the only place where I could access the wifi. Everyone was absolutely pleasant, extremely kind and helpful. The suite is my favorite part and I couldn't believe how spacious the suite was for little 'ol me. I recorded a walking tour of the room because I was in shock by how beautiful the views were and how much space was allotted. Breakfast was amazing because the options were endless including traditional Malaysian dishes, a juice bar, an omelette and soup station, etc. The food options for lunch and dinner were also great. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer but I certainly hope I can come back. Everyone that I met was a gem, the space was beautiful, the food and drinks were also great. <3"Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Lovely stay"
Stayed for one night for my birthday, such a beautiful and iconic place to be. It is full of history and has more character than any other place I have stayed at. Breakfast and staff were lovely, would definitely stay again. A unique experience
